Job Description

Job Title: Blister Machine Operator Primary/Secondary Packaging

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Department: Production/Packaging

Qualification:

ITI (Fitter/Turner/Mechanical) or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

Experience:

3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in operating blister packaging machines in pharmaceutical

Job Summary:

Blister Machine Operators

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor blister packaging machines (e.g., CAM, IMA, Uhlmann, Bosch).
Set up machine parameters and changeover for different products as per batch requirements.
Perform line clearance and cleaning procedures as per SOPs and GMP guidelines.
Conduct in-process quality checks, including blister sealing, batch coding, and visual inspections.
Address minor mechanical issues and escalate major faults to the maintenance team.
Maintain accurate production records, logbooks, and batch documentation.
Adhere to safety and hygiene standards at all times.
Assist in preventive maintenance and continuous improvement activities.
Work collaboratively with production and quality teams to meet daily output targets.
