BLACKBERRY-EMM Intune

BlackBerry UEM Infrastructure Engineer
The role requires the following.

Previous experience of designing, implementing, and maintaining a medium-large BlackBerry UEM infrastructure
Ownership of configuration management as it pertains to the BlackBerry UEM Infrastructure
Responsible for coordinating with Wintel SA teams for server management and patch deployment
3rd level escalation for BlackBerry application issues
Good knowledge of Network infrastructure, including Proxy and Firewall requirements for the BlackBerry UEM infrastructure
Expert-level knowledge of BlackBerry UEM and the BlackBerry Application Suite.
Good knowledge of Windows Server OS
Good knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, including SQL Scripting

Work with the relevant peer engineering groups to design and implement (with support from the relevant Operational Groups) a BlackBerry UEM infrastructure for BYOD application management in accordance with the documented business requirements related to SOI. Function as the Service Owner (not Operational Owner) for the BlackBerry application suite for SOI and work with support personal to provide expert level support for escalations.
