Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a BIS Compliance Manager, located in Delhi, India. The BIS Compliance Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all products comply with the relevant Indian regulations. This includes preparing and submitting necessary documentation, coordinating with regulatory authorities, and conducting audits. The role also involves staying updated on regulatory changes, providing compliance guidance to internal teams, and managing compliance projects to timely completion.

Qualifications

• Experience with regulatory compliance, particularly in the Electronics & IT sector
• Strong understanding of BIS registration processes and Indian governmental standards
• Proficient in preparing and managing compliance documentation
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate problem-solving capabilities
• Prior experience in interacting with government regulatory bodies is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Information Technology, or Business
