Biomedical Engineer

About the Role:

We are a leading Medical Distributor, providing hospitals across India with advanced medical devices. We are seeking Sales & Service Engineers with expertise in Sales, Clinical support and Technical servicing of medical equipment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling, maintaining medical devices and providing on-site assistance to healthcare professionals during procedures.

Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

• Promote and sell medical devices to hospitals, clinics, and distributors.
• Develop relationships with doctors, surgeons, and hospital procurement teams.
• Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations.
• Achieve sales targets and provide customer feedback for product improvement.

Clinical Support & Training:

• Assist doctors in operating and understanding medical equipment.
• Provide real-time support during surgeries and medical procedures.
• Train healthcare staff on proper usage, safety, and maintenance of devices.
• Ensure compliance with medical regulations and industry standards.

Medical Equipment Service & Maintenance:

• Install, calibrate, and troubleshoot medical devices at hospitals and clinics.
• Diagnose and repair faulty equipment, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Coordinate with manufacturers and suppliers for spare parts and updates.
• Maintain detailed logs and service reports for audit and compliance.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma/Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, Instrumentation, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in medical device sales, clinical support, or service. (Freshers with relevant technical knowledge can apply.)
• Strong communication and presentation skills for client interactions
• Hands-on experience in medical equipment troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance.
  Willingness to travel for client visits, training, and technical support.
