Key Responsibilities:

• Teach Biology as per curriculum (CBSE, ICSE, State Boards, IB, Cambridge, or coaching modules).
• Explain concepts using models, experiments, diagrams, and real-life applications.
• Prepare students for school/board exams as well as competitive exams like

  NEET, AIIMS, Olympiads, NTSE

  , etc.
• Develop lesson plans, lab experiments, assignments, and assessments.
• Conduct practical sessions and ensure lab safety.
• Track student progress through regular tests and provide constructive feedback.
• Encourage scientific thinking, curiosity, and research skills.
• Collaborate with colleagues for curriculum planning and interdisciplinary learning.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Biology, Life Sciences, Botany, Zoology, or related field.
• B.Ed/M.Ed preferred (mandatory for schools, optional for coaching).
• Strong subject knowledge in theoretical and practical Biology.
• Freshers with excellent academic background and teaching aptitude are welcome.
• Good communication and classroom management skills.
• Ability to use modern teaching tools and technology effectively.
