Bio Process Design (Technical Sales Support)

It is crucial to assist the Manager (TSS) in maintaining a healthy and competitive team atmosphere, providing objective feedback on slippages or errors in deliverables. You must demonstrate an aptitude for excellence and surpassing benchmarks set. Your educational background should include a BE/B Tech in Chemical or Bio-chemical, coupled with 2 to 4 years of experience in the OEM/EPC space. Your responsibilities will include: - Assisting in preparing the Schedule of Submission of Tecno-Commercial Offer based on process technology design, technological USPs, commercial advantages, and delivery schedule. - Drafting and finalizing a technologically best-fit Piping & Instrumentation Diagram (P&ID) based on Customers" User Required Specifications (URS). - Completing a detailed Technical Offer within set timelines including process write-up, process flow diagram, field instrumentation, automation philosophy, electrical architecture, and bill of material. - Finalizing Scope of Supply, resolving technical queries, and preparing commercial offers. - Attending handover meetings with cross-functional teams upon receipt of Purchase Orders. - Sending enquiries to vendors, evaluating techno-commercial quotes, and finalizing the best-fit quote. Your behavioral skills should include a desire to stay updated on Bioprocess Engineering and Sterile operations, being result-oriented, a team player, customer-oriented, cost-conscious, and innovative. Key Performance Indicators include reaching or exceeding annual sales targets, profitability figures, minimizing loss of orders due to delayed offers, and establishing a brand value based on technological superiority and best-in-class designs.,
