Job Description

As a Results-Driven High-Achiever, you are expected to stay updated on your professional knowledge base and be flexible and adaptable to new technologies, processes, and operating systems. Your passion for achieving pre-determined Key Performance Indicators both quantitatively and qualitatively will set the standard for this position. You will assist the Manager (TSS) in fostering a healthy and competitive atmosphere within the team, providing objective feedback on any slippages or errors in deliverables. Your aptitude to excel and surpass benchmarks is essential for success. **Accountability & Responsibilities:** - Study and assist in preparing the Schedule of Submission of Tecno-Commercial Offer based on process technology design, technological USPs, commercial advantages, and delivery schedule. - Draft a Piping & Instrumentation Diagram (P&ID) upon receiving Customers" User Required Specifications (URS) and finalize a technologically best-fit P&ID. - Prepare the final Technical Offer within set timelines, including process write-up, process flow diagram, instrumentation logic, automation philosophy, electrical architecture, Bill of Material (BoM), design features, and submit to customers. - Finalize Scope of Supply, resolve technical queries, and proactively satisfy customers" technical needs. - Prepare and finalize commercial offers within internal timelines, resolving commercial doubts and queries promptly. - Attend Handover Meeting with cross-functional teams after compiling relevant documents, emails, and references. Prepare meeting minutes for future reference. - Send enquiries to vendors, evaluate techno-commercial quotes, and finalize the best-fit quote for customers" needs. **Behavioral Skills:** - Desire and passion to stay technologically up to date on Bioprocess Engineering and Sterile operations. - Result-oriented individual with a passion for overcoming technological challenges and adding brand value to the organization. - Consummate team player with the ability to collaborate across the organizational matrix. - Pleasing personality with a customer-oriented approach while being cost-conscious and innovative in designs. **Key Performance Indicators:** - Reach or exceed pre-determined annual sales targets through RFQ conversions to confirmed Purchase Orders. - Reach or exceed pre-determined annual profitability figures through cost-optimal engineering designs. - Minimize or eliminate loss of orders due to delayed Techno-Commercial Offers. - Establish a brand value of the organization in the industry by showcasing technological superiority and best-in-class designs.,
