As a Marketing Manager at Learning Routes, your role will involve leading and scaling the paid digital marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across various platforms, with a strong emphasis on Bing Ads. Your goal will be to consistently drive high ROI/ROAS through data-backed strategies, optimize campaigns to improve lead quality, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance landing pages and funnels. Additionally, staying updated with industry trends and best practices will be crucial for success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads (primary focus), and Meta Ads - Drive 3x4x ROI/ROAS consistently through data-backed strategies - Own end-to-end full-funnel campaign planning, from lead generation to conversion - Set up and manage conversion tracking, analytics, and performance reporting - Optimize campaigns to reduce CPL and improve lead quality - Manage and scale budgets efficiently based on performance insights - Collaborate with internal teams to optimize landing pages, creatives, and funnels - Stay updated with platform updates, industry trends, and best practices Key Requirements: - 57 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing - Strong expertise in Bing Ads (mandatory), along with Google Ads and Meta Ads - Proven track record of delivering high ROI/ROAS - Excellent analytical skills and data-driven decision-making ability - Strong understanding of audience targeting, segmentation, and lead generation - Experience working in fast-paced, growth-focused environments Learning Routes is a company dedicated to supporting individuals in pursuing postgraduate, diploma, or certification programs from leading business schools.
