Role Description

The Bima Sakhi will play a pivotal role in promoting LIC's insurance products and providing exceptional customer service to policyholders in the community. Responsibilities include building and maintaining customer relationships, educating individuals about available LIC products, managing client portfolios, processing insurance applications, and assisting customers with claims and queries. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nagpur.

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with a diverse client base
Customer service and relationship management experience
Marketing and sales skills with a focus on promoting insurance products effectively
Basic proficiency in computers and record-keeping for client portfolios
Problem-solving and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and demonstrate self-motivation
Knowledge of financial products, especially insurance, is an advantage
Educational qualifications: Minimum of a high school diploma (or equivalent). Relevant certifications or diplomas in insurance or sales are a plus
