Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Bima Sakhi located in North Paravur, with some work from home acceptable. The Bima Sakhi's day-to-day tasks will include promoting LIC's insurance products, providing customer assistance, and enhancing client relationships. The candidate will also be responsible for generating new business leads, offering tailored insurance solutions, and supporting the overall goals of the corporation.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in sales and customer service
• Marketing and promotional skills
• Basic understanding of insurance products and financial planning
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in local languages and English
• Relevant experience in the insurance or finance sector is an advantage
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is preferred
