BIM Specialist

As a Technical Lead specializing in BIM / 5D - Module Development, you will be based in either Nashik or Pune with 8 to 12 years of core experience in the field. Your role will involve providing technical leadership and managing teams, with a strong emphasis on effective communication and collaboration within agile setups alongside Product Management. To excel in this position, you should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or a related field and have a proven track record of over 8-10 years in technical leadership roles. Your expertise should extend to developing applications based on relational databases, with proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, Angular/Typescript, HTML5, AngularJs, and SQL. In addition to your technical skills, you should demonstrate a deep understanding of fundamental data structures, algorithms, and 3D BIM data related to the construction industry. Your ability to work independently with a focus on quality, problem-solving skills, and a customer-oriented approach will be essential for success in this role. Furthermore, you should be well-versed in Cloud-related performance and scalability, including cloud service performance monitoring and optimization. Your experience with Microsoft technologies, database optimization techniques, cloud-based development practices, and DevOps will be highly valuable in driving architectural decisions and mentoring teams.
