Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Create and coordinate BIM models across disciplines.
Provide technical support and mentoring to project teams using BIM authoring tools.
Follow BIM execution plans and project-specific documentation.
Ensure compliance of models with industry-wide BIM standards.
Develop accurate construction drawings and extract data from BIM models.
Create discipline-specific BIM modelling content.
Produce drawings/details from engineering sketches and calculations.
Generate detailed reinforcement and structural steel drawings.
Ensure drawings follow company standards and quality requirements.
Conduct clash detection, resolution, and reporting to achieve coordinated design.
Review models/drawings to check design compliance.
Deliver drawings/models within agreed project timelines.

Skills & Experience

Extensive experience with Autodesk software: Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD.
Proficient in BIM modelling and authoring tools.
Knowledge of architectural, structural, and MEP services.
Understanding of BIM execution plans, industry BIM standards, and workflows.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Confident, proactive character with problem-solving ability.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in multidisciplinary teams.
5+ years relevant experience including Revit Structures.
Keen interest in the built environment.
