Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain detailed 3D BIM models for architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines using Autodesk Revit or similar software
Interpret and work from architectural and engineering drawings, sketches, and specifications
Coordinate and integrate models across different disciplines to detect and resolve clashes using tools like Navisworks
Update models based on design changes and project requirements
Prepare construction drawings, shop drawings, and quantity take-offs from BIM models
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure accurate model outputs
Follow project BIM standards and contribute to the development of BIM execution plans
Maintain proper documentation and version control for models and drawings
Participate in coordination meetings and provide technical support as required

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1 to 4 years of experience as a BIM Modeler in the architecture, engineering, or construction industry
Proficient in Autodesk Revit; knowledge of AutoCAD, Navisworks, and other BIM-related tools
Understanding of BIM standards, LOD (Level of Development), and coordination practices
Experience in one or more disciplines: Architectural, Structural, or MEP modeling
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team
Good communication and collaboration skills
Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (preferred)
