Job Description

HVAC BIM Modeler

Key Responsibilities:

Develop detailed 3D BIM models for HVAC systems using Revit, AutoCAD MEP, and Navisworks.
Coordinate with structural, electrical, and architectural teams to ensure accurate model integration.
Conduct clash detection and resolve design conflicts effectively.
Prepare construction documentation, shop drawings, and model-based reports.
Maintain and update BIM models through all project stages.
Participate in design coordination meetings and provide technical inputs.
Ensure all designs comply with project standards, codes, and client requirements.

Qualifications:

Diploma or Bachelors degree in
Mechanical Engineering / HVAC Systems
.
2–5 years of experience in
HVAC BIM modeling
within the construction or MEP industry.
Strong understanding of HVAC design principles and systems.
Proficiency in
Revit, AutoCAD MEP, and Navisworks
.
Excellent attention to detail, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of
clash detection, blueprint reading, and project documentation standards
.
Understanding of mechanical engineering concepts and MEP coordination.
Ability to work in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment.
