Instrumentation Design Engineer

Senior Design Engineer

The candidate should be Graduate/ Postgraduate (Regular only) in Instrumentation and Control Engineering with

8-12 years of experience in Instrumentation engineering for Basic and detail engineering phases in projects of oil & gas (onshore) /petrochemical/ chemical / Pharmaceutical etc.

He/ She should have capability to perform following activities:

• Preparation of Deliverable list & Schedule, Man-hour estimate, Resource Requirement and Progress report.
• Providing input to Project Planning Engineer to prepare Project Schedule.
• Coordination with other departments for Instrumentation input/output data and participation in project management meetings.
• Participating design/ progress review meeting with client.
• Co-ordination with Clients/ sub consultants / vendors.
• Preparation of tender document /technical bid analysis /proposals.
• Preparation of design basis, technical specifications, concept notes etc.
• Reviewing Flow Meter sizing, Control Valve Sizing calculations.
• Standardization of design procedures.
• Checking of Drawings, Datasheets, Design documents, Specifications.
• Preparation & review of Instrument datasheets for different Instruments.
• Participation in HAZOP & SIL review.
