Role & responsibilities Identify and source quality construction materials required for plot development and hotel construction projects. Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure timely delivery of materials. Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors. Evaluate supplier performance and negotiate contracts to ensure the best terms and conditions. Conduct regular market research to stay updated on material availability, pricing trends, and new suppliers. Create and manage quotations for material procurement, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness. Ensure accurate and timely ordering of materials to meet project timelines. Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, quotations, and supplier agreements. Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and industry regulations. Prepare and process purchase orders (PO) and requisitions for materials. Provide regular updates on procurement status and any potential issues. Preferred candidate profile Bachelor's degree - Preferably in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the construction industry. Preferred proven experience in handling projects, including plot development and hotel construction Disposition /Personality: Strong knowledge of construction materials and their applications.
