Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a BIM Modeler based in Chennai. As a BIM Modeler, you will be responsible for creating and managing detailed Building Information Models. Your day-to-day tasks will include developing BIM content, preparing construction drawings, coordinating with project teams, and working on architectural, structural, and MEP modeling processes to ensure project accuracy and quality.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and proficiency in software relevant to BIM processes
• Understanding of Architecture and Construction Drawings
• Experience in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) modeling
• Strong organizational, analytical, and teamwork skills
• Capability to deliver high-quality outputs following project timelines and specifications
• Knowledge of industry standards and best practices within the AEC industry
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Prior experience in BIM modeling within the AEC industry is highly advantageous
