BIM Modeler

This is a full-time, on-site role for a BIM Modeller based in Chennai. As a BIM Modeller, you will be responsible for creating and managing detailed Building Information Models. Your day-to-day tasks will include developing BIM content, preparing construction drawings, coordinating with project teams, and working on architectural, structural, and MEP modelling processes to ensure project accuracy and quality. Qualifications Expertise in Building Information Modelling (BIM) and proficiency in software relevant to BIM processes Understanding of Architecture and Construction Drawings Experience in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) modelling Strong organisational, analytical, and teamwork skills Capability to deliver high-quality outputs following project timelines and specifications Knowledge of industry standards and best practices within the AEC industry Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field Prior experience in BIM modelling within the AEC industry is highly advantageous
