About the Role:

BIM Modeller

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain 

  BIM models

   for architecture and related project disciplines.
• Prepare 

  architectural drawings, layouts, and 3D models

   using Revit and AutoCAD.
• Coordinate with design, civil, and mechanical teams to ensure project accuracy.
• Assist in preparing detailed 

  construction drawings, floor plans, and elevations

  .
• Ensure models meet project standards and client specifications.
• Support project execution by providing accurate documentation and design data.
• Update and manage model revisions during project lifecycle.

• TECHNICAL SKILLS

• Knowledge and understanding of all relevant local statutory compliance requirements  as applicable for the department
• Knowledge and understanding of relevant Design Guidelines
• Experience of leading a team
• Read and understand isometric, P&ID and as built drawings.
• Understanding of Layouts and can develop the same .
• Knowledge of developing Concept and basic Engineering Drawings
• BIM ARCHITECTURE
  Knowledge of standards codes and guidelines applicable for Design of Architecture System ,  Develop project model based on Layout using Revit, Detailing of Structural elements like Staircase, External openings, Internal Openings, Masonary work, Toilet areas etc. Define project standard in Revit, Generate BOQ for civil Finishes etc. from Revit. Model , Develop project model as per specifications for 30%, 60% and 90% review.

• CAEPIPE, CAESAR II (Only for API Process & Piping)

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in 

  Autodesk Revit

  , 

  AutoCAD

  , and other BIM tools.
• Strong understanding of 

  architectural drawings, detailing, and project layouts

  .
• Knowledge of 

  pharma / industrial / building architecture

   preferred.
• Ability to read, interpret, and coordinate architectural & engineering drawings.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications:

• Degree / Diploma in Architecture

   or 

  Civil Draftsmanship

  .

• 14 years of relevant experience

   in architectural BIM Modelling.
• Experience with 

  industrial or commercial building projects

   preferred.
