Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the creation of detailed, accurate technical drawings, schematics, and plans using CAD software (e. g. , AutoCAD, Revit). Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure designs meet client specifications and industry standards. Review and approve drafts and technical drawings prepared by junior draftsmen, providing guidance and feedback for improvement. Ensure all drawings adhere to regulatory requirements, building codes, and quality standards. Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate completion of drawings and plans. Prepare as-built drawings, revisions, and updates to existing designs based on project changes or feedback. Maintain and organize project drawing archives and ensure proper documentation. Stay updated on new technologies, software, and industry trends to continually improve drafting practices. Provide technical support and training to junior draftsmen and other team members Qualifications: Associates or Bachelors degree in Drafting, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
