BIM Modeler

Roles & Responsibilities

• Support in developing 3D architectural models using Autodesk Revit
• Assist in preparing architectural drawings, layouts, and documentation
• Coordinate with Designers and engineers to update models and drawings
• Maintain accuracy and detail in BIM models as per project requirements
• Learn and follow company BIM standards and workflows
• Assist in data management, sheet creation, and model updates

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Architecture / Diploma in Architecture (B.Arch or Dip. Arch)
• Basic knowledge of Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and MS Office
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn BIM processes
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Freshers passionate about architectural design technology are welcome
