Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a BIM Modeler located in Lucknow. The BIM Modeler will be responsible for creating and managing digital models of construction projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements. Day-to-day tasks include working on Building Information Modeling (BIM), collaborating with architects and engineers, producing construction drawings, and managing Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems in the models.

Qualifications

Experience in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Modeler roles
Skills in Architecture and Construction Drawings
Knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Proficiency in relevant software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
