Key Responsibilities - Oversee Building Information Modeling projects across different disciplines - Ensure seamless coordination and integration of virtual designs - Manage BIM workflows to facilitate collaboration among teams - Provide leadership in architecture and MEP-related modeling processes Qualifications - Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and BIM Coordination - Strong skills in Virtual Design and Architectural modeling - Experience with Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems - Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership abilities - Familiarity with industry standards and advanced BIM tools - Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field is preferred - Experience in managing interdisciplinary teams and large-scale projects is a plus,
