Responsibilities:

Lead BIM team for MEP projects
Develop and manage detailed MEP BIM models using Revit, Navisworks, and other relevant tools.
Implement and enforce BIM standards, workflows, and best practices.
Conduct clash detection and produce coordination reports.
Mentor and guide junior BIM modelers and engineers.
Review and validate MEP models for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project requirements.
Responsible for doing QA/QC work
Support project teams with BIM deliverables including shop drawings, fabrication models, and as-built documentation.
Liaise with clients and stakeholders to communicate BIM strategies and progress.
Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and technologies to enhance BIM capabilities.

Required Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in BIM with a strong focus on MEP systems.
Proficiency in Revit MEP, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360.
Strong understanding of MEP systems and construction processes.
Experience in clash detection, coordination, and model management.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
