BIM Engineer

As a Project Designer, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the design and coordination of projects and teams. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with Design Managers, contributing to conceptual designs, presentations, design development, and production. You will lead design efforts, present to clients, and maintain client relationships to ensure successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate with Design Managers and project teams to ensure timely project delivery - Provide innovative solutions to design challenges and mentor junior and intermediate design staff - Create graphic presentations, 3D renderings, and construction drawings - Oversee design development and construction phases - Participate in office activities, learning programs, and firm marketing efforts - Enhance the firm's visibility and success through industry events and project interviews - Collaborate with design talent within the organization to improve the quality of work Qualifications Required: - Strong problem-solving skills - Proficiency in 2D/3D software such as Revit, AutoCAD, 3D Studio MAX, Sketchup, PhotoShop, and InDesign - Understanding of Bluebeam software - Knowledge of materials, construction techniques, and building codes - Excellent presentation, organizational, and multitasking abilities - Bachelor of Architecture degree - Technical expertise and comprehensive understanding of building systems Your proactive approach in anticipating project needs and ensuring high design standards will be vital in achieving project goals. Your role will also involve maintaining client relationships, particularly in urban, resort, and mixed-use hospitality projects.
