Job Title:BIM Engineers - MEP (HVAC / PLUMBING)

Role Description

This is a full-time role for a BIM Engineer located in Sector V, Kolkata and Durgapur. The BIM Engineer will be responsible for creating and managing building information models, and coordinating with HVAC and Plumbing (MEP) systems. Daily tasks include collaborating with architects, civil engineers, and other project stakeholders to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of project plans and models.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM)
• Knowledge of HVAC and Plumbing (MEP) systems
• Background in MEP
• Mandatory excellent knowledge in Revit
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Diploma or ITI
• Prior experience in the BIM industry is highly advantageous
