BIM Architect

We are currently seeking Architects with a strong proficiency in Revit and ArchiCAD, who are enthusiastic about building a career focused on Architectural and BIM skills. Immediate availability would be advantageous. The ideal candidate will have 0-2 years of professional, post-qualification experience in Architecture with a Bachelor's degree in Architecture/Interior. You should possess an above-average understanding of architectural concepts, project detailing, development, execution, and technical drawing. Additionally, the ability to visualize projects through drawings, correlate drawings with Revit models and metadata, and analyze interdependencies and implications is essential. You should demonstrate above-average skills in Revit and/or ArchiCAD, including modeling and technical drawing generation. Familiarity with Dynamo would be beneficial. Strong written and verbal communication skills are required, along with proficiency in essential software such as ArchiCAD, Revit, AutoCAD, Lumion, Enscape, VRay, and SketchUp. As an Architect, you will collaborate as part of a larger team working on large-scale commercial projects in Revit and ArchiCAD. Your responsibilities will include liaising with design consultants to coordinate design development in a BIM workspace, developing discipline models, maintaining model compliance, generating technical drawings, and following project documentation protocols. The project sizes range from 500,000 to 5,000,000 square feet, and team members are selected with care.
