BIM Architect

We are looking for a talented BIM Architect who is passionate about delivering accurate and efficient BIM models and documentation for international projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage Revit & ArchiCAD models for architectural and interior projects.

• Prepare detailed construction drawings, schedules, and documentation as per international standards (US, UK, Japan, etc.).

• Collaborate with international architects and consultants to ensure BIM coordination and clash-free models.

• Follow BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) and maintain proper BIM standards & workflows.

• Support automation and parametric workflows when required (integration with Dynamo or Grasshopper is a plus).

• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality BIM documentation for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a BIM Architect or similar role.

• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Architecture) and ArchiCAD.

• Understanding of BIM workflows, LOD standards, and documentation best practices.

• Familiarity with BIM 360, Navisworks, or clash detection tools is a plus.

• Knowledge of international codes and standards (US, UK, or Asian markets preferred).

• Good communication and collaboration skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
