BillingCenter Business Analyst

Responsibilites:

• Engage with global insurance clients to lead requirement discovery and solution design across Guidewire Cloud programs
• Support business design and development of market-facing solution content for AU/NZ insurance propositions
• Define, document, and optimize business processes using BPMN or equivalent methodologies
• Lead and facilitate stakeholder workshops to extract business needs, clarify scope, and ensure delivery alignment
• Translate business requirements into detailed user stories, functional specs, and use cases
• Act as the functional bridge between client-side stakeholders and BlitzenX offshore delivery teams (Developers, Client, QA)
• Partner closely with offshore teams to ensure clarity and quality of deliverables
• Help define clear boundaries between business requirements, technical scope, and solution behavior
• Own the business problem definition and drive structured solutioning across transformation programs

Mandatory Skills:

• Minimum 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in insurance technology (P&C domain preferred)
• Strong understanding of Guidewire Cloud implementations; Guidewire certifications preferred
• Proven hands-on experience in business process modeling (BPMN or equivalent tools)
• Experience leading client workshops and stakeholder discussions in enterprise environments
• Strong ability to write clean, concise user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria
• Prior experience working with offshore delivery models and distributed teams
• Excellent communication skills written, verbal, and visual (your documentation must be self-explanatory)
