Billing Specialist

You are responsible for managing the billing counter in a provisions store, being quick, accurate, and customer-friendly even during busy hours. Your main responsibilities will include: - Handling customer billing using POS / billing software - Providing customer assistance with a friendly service attitude - Checking product prices, offers, and barcode scanning - Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness at the billing counter - Keeping daily sales reports and submitting them to management - Coordinating with store assistants for stock and product availability - Avoiding errors and ensuring fast and accurate billing - Ensuring proper packing of items for customers The skills required for this role include: - Basic computer knowledge - Fast typing and billing speed - Good communication and customer-handling skills - Accuracy in cash handling - Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment Fresher or experienced candidates are welcome to apply, and experience in supermarket / provisions store billing is considered an added advantage.,
