About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Automation QA Trainer who can train students and freshers on Software Testing concepts, Automation frameworks, and real-time testing tools. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in automation testing and a passion for teaching.

Key Responsibilities:

Training & Mentoring:

• Conduct classroom training sessions on Manual Testing & Automation Testing
• Teach Selenium, Java/Python basics, TestNG, Maven, Cucumber, Jira, Git, and related tools
• Guide learners with live project practice, assignments, and case studies
• Prepare training materials, mock interviews, and assessments
• Track student progress and provide performance feedback

Technical Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate automation frameworks and real-time testing workflows
• Help in creating test scripts, test cases, and project documentation
• Support students in building project portfolios

Required Skills & Experience:

• 1–5 years of experience as an Automation Tester / QA Engineer / QA Trainer
• Strong knowledge of Selenium WebDriver, Java/Python, TestNG, Maven
• Understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile Methodologies
• Good communication & presentation skills
• Ability to simplify complex concepts for beginners

Qualification:

• Any degree (IT background preferred)
