Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Billing & Planning position located in Uttar Pradesh, India. The role involves preparing and managing the billing processes, invoicing, and ensuring accurate client billing. Responsibilities include maintaining accounting records related to construction projects, collaborating with internal teams to verify billing accuracy, and ensuring that all invoices comply with financial regulations and company policies. The selected candidate will also coordinate with clients and stakeholders to resolve any billing discrepancies while assisting in financial planning and reporting.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience with Billing Process and Invoicing
• Proficiency in Client Billing and effective Communication skills for stakeholder interaction
• Experience with Accounting principles and financial management
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple billing tasks effectively
• Proficiency in using billing and accounting software
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
• Experience in construction or infrastructure-related industries is an advantage
