Job Description:

Vertech Health Solutions India Private Limited is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Billing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and be proficient in Tally, basic GST, and overall accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare and issue bills, invoices, and account statements in a timely manner.

* Maintain and update billing records and reports.

* Handle accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.

* Reconcile billing discrepancies and resolve any issues or disputes.

* Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth billing operations.

* Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant accounting standards.

Qualifications:

* Must have a B.Com, M.Com, or a relevant degree in the accounting field. Proficiency in Tally is required.

* Basic knowledge of GST is essential.

* Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.

* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

* Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
