We are looking for a dedicated Billing Executive to ensure accurate and timely billing operations and smooth coordination between store, accounts, and dispatch teams.

Role Summary

The Billing Executive will be responsible for preparing sales invoices, managing purchase entries, maintaining billing records, and ensuring GST and e-way bill compliance. This role requires accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with different departments to support daily business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare sales invoices, delivery challans, and e-way bills accurately and on time.

• Record and verify purchase and sales bills in Tally or other accounting software.

• Match purchase orders, GRNs, and invoices before processing.

• Maintain bill registers, files, and supporting documents systematically.

• Coordinate with store and dispatch teams for invoice generation and dispatch.

• Ensure all GST and e-invoice requirements are met.

• Support monthly reporting, reconciliation, and audit documentation.

• Assist in maintaining transparency and discipline in all billing records.

What We’re Looking For

• Graduate / Diploma in Commerce or Business Administration.

• 1–2 years of experience in billing, accounts, or documentation (manufacturing experience preferred).

• Knowledge of Tally ERP / Prime, GST, e-invoice, and e-way bill process.

• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer operations.

• Attention to detail, accuracy, and timely task completion.

• Ability to work responsibly in a factory office environment.
