Job Description

Job Summary:

The Billing Executive will be responsible for preparing, issuing, and managing customer invoices, verifying billing data, and ensuring accurate and timely payment collection. This role requires attention to detail, strong numerical ability, and good communication skills to coordinate with internal departments and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and generate invoices based on sales orders, delivery notes, or service records.
Verify billing details with sales, logistics, and operations teams to ensure accuracy.
Maintain up-to-date records of invoices, payments, and outstanding balances.
Handle customer queries related to invoices, billing discrepancies, and payment issues.
Follow up with clients and the accounts team to ensure timely payments.
Reconcile billing data with accounts receivable reports.
Assist in preparing monthly billing and revenue reports.
Support internal audits and ensure compliance with company billing policies.
Ensure GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements are correctly applied and recorded.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1–3 years of experience in billing, invoicing, or accounting roles (Fresher with strong knowledge may also apply).
Strong knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, etc.).
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,500.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
