We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-friendly *Billing Executive* to manage invoicing and billing operations at our ethnic wear retail store in Hoshiarpur. The ideal candidate should be efficient with billing software, comfortable interacting with customers, and capable of handling cash/card transactions with accuracy.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Generate bills/invoices using POS or billing software
* Handle cash, card, UPI, and other modes of payment
* Maintain daily sales records and report discrepancies
* Assist in managing inventory and stock data in the system
* Ensure all bills are accurately printed and handed to customers
* Coordinate with the sales and accounts teams for smooth operations
* Handle customer queries related to billing or pricing
* Maintain cleanliness and organization at the billing counter
### *Key Skills Required:*
* Basic knowledge of billing software (e.g., Tally, Ginesys, or POS systems)
* Familiarity with barcode scanning and printing
* Good communication and customer service skills
* Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, data entry)
* Trustworthy and accurate with handling money
* Fluency in Hindi, Punjabi (preferred), and basic English
### *Qualifications:*
* Minimum 12th Pass; Graduate preferred
* Prior experience in retail or apparel billing is a plus
### *Working Hours:*
* 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
* 6 days a week
