Job Summary: Billing & Logistics Executive
1. Order Management & Processing
* Receive, review, and process customer orders after verifying POs, credit limits, and stock availability.
* 2. Billing & Tax Compliance
* Prepare and issue GST-compliant tax invoices and e-way bills in line with shipment timelines.
3. Dispatch Coordination & Customer Communication
* Prepare dispatch documentation and send pre-alerts to customers.
* Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely, accurate deliveries.
* Track shipments, address delivery queries, and resolve discrepancies, damages, or returns.
* 4. Inventory Management
* Maintain real-time inventory records in ERP, tracking all movements and adjustments.
* Monitor stock levels, flag replenishment needs, and prevent stock outs or overstocking.
* Collaborate with sales, accounts, warehouse, and logistics teams for smooth operations.
* Provide escalation reports on delays, risks, or discrepancies for management review.
Key Skills
* Strong GST compliance knowledge and tax invoice handling.
* ERP/accounting software proficiency (Tally, SAP, Zoho, etc.).
* Accuracy in billing, documentation, and reconciliation.
* Effective cross-functional coordination and time management.
* Problem-solving mindset for operational discrepancies.
* Basic inventory management knowledge.
