Role Description :
This is a full-time on-site Billing Executive role located in Bengaluru. The Billing Executive will
oversee the billing processes, manage invoicing, maintain financial records, and collaborate with
other departments to ensure accurate billing. The individual will also analyze billing data, handle
client communications, and contribute to financial reporting and audits.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in billing, accounts payable, or related role, preferably
in the car rental or transportation industry.
Strong understanding of billing procedures and financial processes.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with vendor management.
Responsibilities:
Trip Sheet KM & Hours Tracking:
Collect and verify trip sheets, Track and verify kilometers and hours traveled by vendor
vehicles and drivers using trip sheets and tracking systems.
Identify and address any anomalies or discrepancies in trip records.
Maintain accurate records of trip data for billing and reporting purposes.
Client Billing:
Generate and process accurate and timely invoices for corporate clients.
Ensure invoices reflect agreed-upon rates and service terms.
Address client billing inquiries and resolve any discrepancies.
Maintain accurate client billing records.

Pay: ₹10,553.22 - ₹35,040.02 per month
