Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Billing Executive to manage all aspects of the billing process. This role is responsible for generating, issuing, and tracking invoices, ensuring accurate and timely billing, and working closely with the finance team to support smooth payment operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and issue accurate invoices to clients/customers in a timely manner
* Verify billing data, such as rates, contracts, or purchase orders
* Maintain up-to-date billing records and customer accounts
* Resolve billing discrepancies or errors with internal departments or clients
* Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue invoices
* Respond to billing inquiries from clients
* Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant financial regulations
* Generate billing reports as needed for internal review or audits
* Collaborate with the accounting team to reconcile billing issues
Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred)
* Proven experience in billing, invoicing, or a related finance role
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Proficient in billing software and Microsoft Excel
* Good communication and organizational skills
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
