Job Description

· Billing Generation in the system · System Payment Collection · Report Generation in the system, POD check, follow-up in the system, and bill collection. · Knowledge about TDS, Handling and management of physical bills. · Details checking and Posting of all types of invoices at entity and site level in MS - Excel and Tally. · Handle the processing of incoming payments along with the issuing of necessary paperwork. · Prepare relevant reports & MIS, Interact with Franchisees towards order management & grievance, etc. · Email checking and revert to vender.
