Billing Executive for Hospital ( Male only) ( Fresher)

Key Responsibilities: Generate and issue bills for consultations, diagnostics, grooming, surgery, and pharmacy sales. Enter patient treatment details into billing software (Wondersoft or equivalent). Verify itemized billing for medicines, injections, and procedures. Collect payments in cash, card, UPI, or other digital modes and issue receipts. Maintain proper documentation for each client and pet. Coordinate with doctors and pharmacy teams for service codes and charges. Handle queries related to billing and offer friendly customer assistance. Prepare daily cash reports and submit them to accounts. Manage walk-in and appointment-based client flow efficiently. Required Skills & Experience: 1+ years of experience in medical hospital billing. Proficiency in Wondersoft, Med Mantra, or similar billing software. Accuracy in data entry and good numerical skills. Polite and professional communication in English and Tamil. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced hospital environment.
