Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Accurately process sales transactions for jewellery items, including rings, necklaces, bracelets, and other accessories.
Generate invoices and bills for customers purchases, ensuring accuracy in pricing and item descriptions.
Maintain comprehensive records of all sales transactions, including invoices, receipts, and payment details.
Address customer inquiries regarding billing, pricing, and payment methods in a courteous and professional manner.
Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to billing, refunds, or exchanges.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth processing of transactions and timely completion of orders.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to billing and invoicing.
Provide Sales Support: Provide support to the sales team by assisting with customer inquiries, product information, and other tasks as needed.
Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the billing area and workstations.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales transactions, and billing-related metrics.
