Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Billing/Sales Staff member to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately processing customer transactions, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to a positive and efficient work environment. This role requires strong communication skills, basic math skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Process customer orders and payments accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
• Handle cash, credit card, and other forms of payment.
• Ensure accurate billing and reconciliation of daily sales.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Upsell and promote menu items and specials to customers.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the cash register area.
• Assist with food preparation or other duties as needed, as directed by management.
• Follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to food safety and hygiene.
• Collaborate effectively with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage online orders and coordinate with kitchen staff for timely delivery/pickup. (If applicable)
• Handle customer feedback and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
• Maintain knowledge of current menu items, pricing, and promotions.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in a cashier, billing, or customer service role is a plus, but not required.
• Basic math skills and the ability to handle cash accurately.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Positive attitude and a team-oriented approach.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices is a plus.
• Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
