Billing Executive

As a Billing Staff member at our office in Angamaly, Kochi, you will be responsible for managing invoicing, billing, and basic accounting tasks. Your role will require accuracy, responsibility, and a basic understanding of billing software or Excel. Freshers are encouraged to apply for this full-time position. Your key responsibilities will include preparing and issuing accurate bills and invoices to customers, maintaining billing records, handling various transactions such as cash, card, and UPI, assisting with daily reporting and reconciliation, coordinating with the sales/accounts department for billing inputs, addressing billing-related queries from customers or internal teams, and supporting inventory and stock entry as needed. To excel in this role, you should have at least 1 year of experience in billing or data entry, possess basic knowledge of MS Excel or accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho, etc.), demonstrate good communication skills in Malayalam and basic English, exhibit strong attention to detail and effective time management, be able to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Male candidates are preferred for shift or field-related coordination if applicable.
