Job summary

Seeking a skilled Billing Engineer with 7-8 years of experience to manage billing processes and cost estimations for large-scale construction projects within the Residential, Data Center, and Industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Billing Management: Oversee and manage the entire billing process for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contract terms.
• Cost Estimation: Prepare detailed cost estimates, including materials, labor, and equipment, for various stages of construction projects.
• Progress Tracking: Monitor and verify work progress on-site to ensure billing aligns with actual work completed.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive records and documentation related to project billing and estimations.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and finance teams to align billing procedures with project timelines.
• Software Proficiency: Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, STAAD.Pro, MS-Office

Key Requirements

• Experience: 7-8 years of experience in billing engineering within the residential, data center, or industrial sectors.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to accurately estimate costs and verify billing processes.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail ensuring precise billing and cost estimation.

• Experience in site-based work environments
• Familiarity with contract management and billing software
