Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Billing Engineer located in Pune. The Billing Engineer will be responsible for preparing bills of quantities, managing project cost control, quantity surveying, and verifying vendor invoices. The Engineer will also coordinate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure accurate billing and financial records.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in preparing bills of quantities, cost estimation, and quantity surveying
• Experience in managing project cost control and financial record-keeping
• Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and tools
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively on-site
• Strong communication and coordination skills to work with multiple stakeholders
• Knowledge of relevant software and tools for billing and cost estimation
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Previous experience as a Billing Engineer is a plus
