Prepare and manage vendor/contractor bills in alignment with site progress.
Maintain and verify BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and cost estimates.
Track material consumption and site measurements.
Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and vendors for billing accuracy.
Conduct regular site visits for quantity verification.
Assist in budgeting, tender analysis, and project documentation.
Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
3–7 years of experience in quantity surveying and billing, preferably in commercial or cinema projects.
Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and billing software.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and coordination abilities
