Job Description

Job Title: Billing Executive

Reporting to: Finance Manager

Division: Finance

Purpose

Ensure IP/OPD billing and receive cash.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Ensure Billing for IP and make necessary entries to the software as per the procedure.

2. Prepare Bills of all discharged patients for that day as per the charge schedule in the minimum time.

3. Make the Final discharge bill after cross checking the entries for the entire period of the patient stay.

4. Entering and getting the discounts acknowledged under the respective heads and into the bill.

5. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

6. Resolve billing and chargeability queries raised by the client

7. Ensure prompt cash collection for IPD / OPD

8. Balances cash by counting cash at beginning and end of work shift.

9. Maintain petty cash and daily collection book.

10. Proper handover of cash to the senior accountant with supporting reports.

11. Maintain the report and the follow up of individual outstanding post discharge.

12. Ensure proper and accurate documentation for all IPD/OPD billing

13. Support to develop and prepare periodic MIS reports

14. Any other work assigned by Head of the department time to time

Qualification: Any Graduate

Experience: 2 to 3 yrs in Hospital Billing

Salary: Rs. 9500/- to Rs. 15000/-

Work Timing: 10.00 pm to 7.00 pm

Work Days : Monday to Sunday ( Saturday will be a Week off)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,500.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Experience:

• total work: 2 years (Preferred)
• Hospital Billing: 2 years (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (Preferred)
