Patient Information Management: Collect and update patient information in the system, ensuring all data is accurate and confidential. Provide Information: Offer detailed information about services, healthcare professionals, and treatment options available. Follow-up Calls: Make follow-up calls to patients to confirm appointments, reschedule if necessary, and ensure patient satisfaction. Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any patient complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner. Adhere to Protocols: Follow company policies and procedures regarding patient interactions and data handling. Documentation: Maintain detailed records of patient interactions, inquiries, and appointment schedules. Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or equivalent; customer service is a plus. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in Tamil Problem-solving: Strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
