Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Billing Assistant to support our accounts and billing operations. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of Tally, good numerical skills, and the ability to handle daily billing tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and generate sales invoices and purchase bills using Tally.
  • Update and maintain customer billing records.
  • Assist in data entry of financial transactions.
  • Maintain proper filing of bills, receipts, and related documents.
  • Coordinate with the sales and accounts team for billing-related queries.
  • Check invoices for accuracy, including GST, quantities, and pricing.
  • Prepare daily/weekly billing reports.
  • Support in basic accounting tasks when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Qualification: 12th Pass / Diploma / B.Com / Any Graduate.
  • Experience: Freshers welcome.
  • Knowledge: Basic understanding of Tally ERP (data entry, invoice creation).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Basic MS Excel skills (preferred).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,500.00 per month
